Hi MTCC Friends,
The January club annual meeting was very productive, and it was great to catch up with folks. We are grateful to the TN Equine Hospital for the use of their terrific meeting space.
Our 2018 events kicked off with terrific participation in the Southern Equine Expo on February 24. Plans are in place for a casual scurry/pleasure show competition on April 7. We are also are firm for a driving clinic May 5 with Johnny Ruhl. And tentatively the schooling HDT June 16 at Ardeth Obenauf's in Shelbyville. With the World Equestrian Games in September a number of usual events are shifting forward or back, so as soon as the ADS calendar settles we’ll find the best date for our driving Derby, sometime in Sept. A couple more events were discussed and will be announced once we get commitment for time and location. Please get your membership app in so you can be kept up to date!
